I conduct most life coaching sessions via telephone in order to serve clients all over the U.S. and Canada. I can work with English-speaking clients in other parts of the world if a mutually agreeable meeting time can be worked out taking time zones into account. In order to facilitate international calling, I am a member of the Skype internet phone network that allows free calls between members.

Hypnosis appointments can be conducted in person at my office in Thousand Oaks, California. It is also possible to conduct hypnosis sessions over the phone, if you have a quiet space where you will be uninterrupted. Also, speakerphone or a telephone headset is a must.

A typical schedule consists of an introductory foundation session of about an hour and a half, followed by weekly 50-minute sessions. If you have an unusual or unpredictable schedule, we can customize an arrangement that works for you.
